Your host...

François Dupuy
A passionate presenter!
My name is François, and if you are here today, it is not by chance.
I have always been fascinated by old houses — not just for their beauty, but for what they tell us. Every wall, every molding, every floor bears the trace of past lives, forgotten gestures, bygone eras… and yet still very much alive.
My partner Christine and I have chosen to dedicate a part of our lives to breathing new life into these places. Not simply renovating them, but understanding them, respecting them, and restoring their inhabited soul. Our approach is both artistic and profoundly human: creating a dialogue between the past and the present, without ever betraying the spirit of the place.
Today, I want to give you much more than just a visit.
I invite you to enter these houses as you would enter a story. To slow down. To observe the details that are no longer visible. To feel the unique atmosphere of these spaces that have stood the test of time.
Along the way, I will share with you the secrets of their architecture, the choices that guided their restoration, but also the anecdotes, the surprises, and sometimes even the mysteries that still inhabit them.
What I'm offering you is a sensory experience. An immersion.
Because, deep down, these houses are not frozen in the past — they continue to live… through those who discover them.
And today, it's your turn to be a part of it.
